This is my (Elation) favorite type of post. The one where I welcome a new member of the family. It shows genuine growth and reflects what FTC stands for. “Every Family has a story to tell. Welcome to ours.”

Amanda, aka Married2Breaks, has always been a part of FTC and we’ve always supported her. Amanda started her journey into sound just a mere year ago. It was when she opened for FTC’s annual Breaksgiving event, she took the next step. She overcame her camera shyness and gained enough confidence to come out of the gate blazin’ and Breakin Dem Beats like a champion! She set the tone for the rest of the day and inspired everyone who played after her, especially Elation. After that day, it just seemed natural for Amanda to officially join FTC. We take pride in the fact we lift each other up, inspire and constantly bring out the best in each other, on the decks and in real life. “We might not have it all together but together we have it all.”

I (Elation) am excited to have another sister, especially a true blue Breaks bad ass. I can’t wait for the collabs, tag sets and camaraderie coming soon.
